Return Policy
At SnugThreads, we aim to make every order a cosy and positive experience. As a family-run business, we handle each return personally and fairly, and we kindly ask that our returns process is followed to help us assist you as smoothly as possible.
If you wish to return an item, please clearly include your order number and the reason for return inside the parcel, along with all relevant return paperwork.
Cancelling Your Order
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the date of delivery, on the condition that it has not been processed by the team. To do so, you must notify us by phone within this timeframe to receive authorisation before returning any items.
Returning Items

All unwanted items must be returned at your own expense and risk

Items must be returned “AS SOLD”, unused and in “AS NEW” condition

All original packaging must be intact and included

Items must be returned within 14 days of return authorisation

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept unwanted returns after this 14-day period
Please note that any items returned in opened packaging, even if unused or opened only to inspect the product, may be subject to a maximum refund of 50% of the product cost.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately upon delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
